Evjoy is a minority and woman-owned cottage food operation producing specialty baked goods in Connecticut. I use the highest quality ingredients including CT-farmed products. Every single component is made from scratch in small batches and is packed with flavor! Taste the joy, guilt-free.

Please note: due to licensing requirements orders must be paid for in-person at pickup (or delivery, if arranged). Orders are baked fresh.

A thick, rich cookie with plenty of chocolate: chunks of Callebaut (Belgian) 60% dark chocolate and Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips. A touch of flaky Maldon sea salt balances out the sweetness.
