New York City Icon - Peanut Butter Praline Brownie
A fudgy, decadent brownie with made-from-scratch peanut butter praline, specialty Dutch cocoa powder, Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate, and crunchy candied peanuts. You’ll taste toasted sugar, fresh peanut butter, dark chocolate, and salt. This is the first recipe I developed for my business. One of my favorite childhood memories is crunching down on a toasty candied peanut in NYC. I remember rushing back to the car to escape the bitter winter air, holding my mom’s hand with one hand and the warm packet of nuts in the other. On the way home, we’d pass the nuts around, talking about whatever, pressing the candied crumbs onto our fingertips to eat every last bit. This brownie brings that memory to life.
