The Evjoy Philosophy
I started baking when I was 8 to persuade my mom to let us eat dessert at home. Over the last 19 years, I've discovered baking is a craft of love, consistent learning, and patience. Baking has taught me that small details do matter, quality is everything, and that simple can make magic. I also discovered baking is often the easiest (and most delicious) way to tell people I love them. And, by helping me savor the sweet moments in life - both literally and figuratively - it’s been the best way to love myself.
